In my last conversation with Terri she brought up the dualities that each level of development within the Cook-Greuter framework. She has promised to send some info on these in an article. These may be useful in thinking about assessment at each of these levels. The beginning framework includes:
Opportunist: Desire --- aversion
Diplomat: Bonding --- Fear
Expert: Control --- Submission
